Mark Consuelos Takes to Instagram to Defend Claims That He ‘Stuffed His Pants’ For a Halloween Costume

Recently, Mark Consuelos made headlines for something he probably never thought he’d make headlines for.

On Friday, Kelly Ripa posted a picture to her Instagram account celebrating all of the fun Halloween costumes her family has donned over the years. The caption was innocent enough: “#tbt Halloween is a family business. here are a few faves over the years,” Ripa wrote.

The 10-slide post had cute pictures of her and her family (including her children Michael Joseph, Joaquin Antonio, and Lola Grace) dressed up as everything from Captain Jack Sparrow to Wonder Woman to I Dream of Jeannie. But it wasn’t the children’s costumes that grabbed her followers’ attention.

On the final slide, there was a picture of Mark Consuelos dressed as Erik Estrada’s character from the 1980s TV show CHiPs. The “Riverdale” actor is wearing a very very form-fitting khaki police officer uniform with incredibly tight pants. Tight enough that one could see there was a distinct outline around his, ahem, bulge.

The bulge in Consuelos’s pants sent Ripa’s followers into a bonafide tizzy. The post, as of now, has racked up over 50,000 likes and over 500 comments. Fans were posting comments like “OMG, your husband’s basket” and “Meow Mark *fire emojis* lucky girl!” and “All I can say is you are one lucky woman! *drool emoji*”. One fan in particular seemed to be skeptical, writing: “Your husband stuffed his pants”. (You know how the saying goes…haters gonna say it’s fake.)

Consuelos, to his credit, tried to get a handle on a situation that was quickly getting out of control, commenting: “Full disclosure, I believe that’s definitely a shadow that’s causing that bulging effect…Pretty sure.” To which Ripa replied: “ummmmm baby are you seeing shadows?”

Consuelos and Ripa have always been open about their playful relationship on social media. Just a few weeks ago, Ripa posted another thirst trap picture of her husband to her Instagram account. In this one, Consuelos was shirtless in bed, showing off his ample bicep while Ripa lounged beside them.

Under the photo, Ripa wrote: “One year ago and still a full #humpday #mood this man eats #pbandj”. While we’re not sure what that means, we know that her fans immensely appreciated the shirtless pic of Consuelos. Word of warning: do not browse the comment section on Ripa’s posts of Mark Consuelos if you are at work. On the other hand, we’re not mad about the thirst traps. Keep ’em coming, Ripa!

Colombian heartthrob Sebastián Yatra released a new version of hit “Chica Ideal.” Along with Puerto Rican rapper Guaynaa, they added Black Eyed Peas’ member will.i.am to the remix.

Yatra and Guaynaa are basketball players in the original music video.

Yatra and Guaynaa first released “Chica Ideal” in October. In the music video, the guys are playing a game of basketball when they’re unexpectedly transported to a magical pool party. Yatra and Guaynaa are joined by plenty of women. It’s become a global hit with over 168 million views on YouTube as of press time.

will.i.am joins the guys for the “Chica Ideal” remix.

To refresh “Chica Ideal” for 2021, will.i.am crashes the party in the new remix. He’s on a hot streak in Latin music after teaming up with J Balvin for the hit “Ritmo (Bad Boys For Life)” and Shakira for the viral “Girl Like Me.” will.i.am adds a new Spanglish verse to the track about his ideal girlfriend. Yatra and Guaynaa’s breezy reggaeton bop has some extra pep in its step with the BEP star.

Okay, Yatra, we see you.

Yatra recently celebrated the remix in an Instagram post. He quoted the “Chica Ideal” lyrics: “Girl you got me loco, loco, loco, loco, loco.” This post with a shirtless Yatra fresh out of the swimming pool will likely have his followers going loc@. To sum things up, one of the top IG comments in Spanish reads: “Ese paquetote.”

Yatra is no stranger to thirst traps. If you follow his Instagram account, the 26-year-old singer often posts shirtless photos for his fans to see.

Last month, Yatra released the music video for his ballad “Adiós.” He’s set to open for Ricky Martin and Enrique Iglesias’ joint tour this fall. Yatra is also nominated for Favorite Virtual Concert at the upcoming Latin American Music Awards.

A Bruno Mars Catfish Seduced a Texas Woman Over Instagram and Scammed Her Out of $100k

A Bruno Mars Catfish Seduced a Texas Woman Over Instagram and Scammed Her Out of $100k

When certain fans say that they’d do anything for their favorite celebrity, we usually assume they mean, in a manner of speaking. But in the case of one Bruno Mars fan, that sentiment couldn’t be more serious.

Recently, a 63-year-old Texas woman was swindled out of $100,000 by a catfish pretending to be Bruno Mars.

Yeah, folks. We’re serious. According to Houston authorities, an unnamed Texas woman sent multiple checks to her online lover–whom she believed to be Grammy-award-winning, multi-platinum artist, Bruno Mars.

According to legal documents, the woman created an Instagram page in 2018 in order to find “companionship”. She was soon thereafter contacted by another Instagram user who claimed to be Bruno Mars. The fraudster sent the woman what she believed was ample evidence–multiple texts and photos that “proved” he was on tour.

According to the Texas woman, she believed that her and Mars had “fallen in love” and developed a “meaningful relationship.” According to court documents, the Mars impersonator even promised to quit his 24k tour in order to be with her.

Once Catfish Bruno gained the woman’s trust, he asked her for $100,000 for “tour expenses.” And the woman complied.

First, the Bruno Mars imposter asked her for a $10,000 check via mail. When the woman sent that, the Mars imposter asked for an additional $90,000. The woman wrote that check as well.

The checks were sent to different accounts owned by two men: a man named Chinwendu Azuonwu and his accomplice, Basil Amadi.

It seems that at some point, the woman became aware that she was being scammed and then contacted the authorities. It was then that the police traced the bank accounts back to Azuonwu and Amadi. The men were then arrested and charged with multiple accounts of money laundering.

After the news broke about the Bruno Mars catfish, naturally, the internet had a few questions.

We get that this woman was lonely and in want of companionship, but there’s a line between desperation and delusion.

Many people were caught between pity and disbelief.

We understand that older people aren’t as tech-savvy, but some common sense would’ve told you that a multimillionaire doesn’t need money from a random lady in Texas.

Some people were calling for a deep-dive documentary, MTV “Catfish” style.

Ok, we’d 100% watch this. We want to know how faux-Bruno wooed her, how she convinced herself a rich celebrity needed money, and how she finally became savvy to the scam.

Another question being asked: who has a cool $100k just sitting around?

And how did the scam artists know to target someone so rich?! We hope she the police were able to recover the money, otherwise this woman is going to have a tough retirement.
