Watch Ana de Armas’ Emotional Arrival in Cuba To Celebrate Her 35th Birthday

Actress Ana de Armas has just returned to her homeland to celebrate her 35th birthday. However, this was not just any ordinary birthday celebration. 

The Cuban actress brought along her boyfriend, Paul Boudakadakis, to reunite with family and friends she had not seen for a long time.

In photos and videos shared on social media, we can see Ana and Paul arriving at Havana’s José Martí International Airport, where they were greeted by family members and friends eager to welcome them both. 

The videos from the reunion were emotional and heartwarming, especially for all immigrants who know how it feels to be back home with your loved ones. It was a beautiful sight.

Her best friend, Claudia Muma Alvariño posted the video on social media. “An important and big piece of my heart has arrived,” Claudia wrote. “Welcome to your island, my sister amada,” she wrote.

More than just a celebration

The trip to Cuba was not just about celebrating Ana de Armas’ birthday or introducing Paul to her family. It was also a chance for the couple to explore the country’s rich culture and history and connect with the people who make it such a special place.

Although Ana de Armas left Cuba at 18, she often goes back home.

Bringing love to the island

The fact that Ana de Armas is taking Paul Boudakadakis home is a sign that the relationship has reached a new level. The actress and the Tinder creator have been together since June 2021. 

However, he is not the first man she takes home.

The first one was her ex-husband, Spanish actor Marc Clotet. Then it was the very publicized trip with then-boyfriend Ben Affleck to Cuba for a romantic getaway in 2020. The couple was spotted walking hand in hand through the streets of Havana, taking in the sights and sounds of the city.
