Sasha Calle‘s Supergirl is now a Barbie girl.

In anticipation of the Colombian actress’ role in “The Flash” film, Mattel released a special Supergirl Signature Barbie modeled after her on April 17. The movie, releasing on June 16, features Calle as the first Latina to play the iconic character.

The signature doll features a flowing cape adorned with the S-Shield, blue bodysuit and special display packaging. Here’s everything we know about this Barbie’s world.

Sasha Calle’s Supergirl is the latest addition to the Barbie Signature brand

To commemorate the upcoming “The Flash” movie, Barbie Signature is releasing a Supergirl doll modeled after the actress Sasha Calle.

Aside from the character’s iconic reputation, Calle is making history as the first Latina to play Supergirl.

“The Flash” director Andy Muschietti knew he had found his Supergirl when he met Calle. In an interview with Deadline, Muschietti said, “I saw more than four hundred auditions.”

“The talent pool was truly amazing and it was very hard to make a decision,” he added. “But we finally found an actress who was destined to play this role.”

Now, Calle and her fans are equally excited for the release of a Barbie doll in her likeness. After all, “You can’t be what you can’t see,” right?

Calle celebrated the release of the Barbie on social media

Calle wasted no time showing off the new Supergirl doll on her social media accounts. On Twitter, she posted a collage holding and playing with the new doll.

Earlier this year, she thanked fans after releasing the first trailer and let everyone know she gave her all to the new role.

In the upcoming film, Calle’s Supergirl replaces Superman, as set in the “Flashpoint” comics. In the film, Barry Allen (played by Ezra Miller) attempts to create a new timeline to prevent his mother’s death and he accidentally creates a new timeline. The new reality presents an absent Superman, which is where Calle’s character — Kara Zor-El — comes in to help the Flash undo the damage done.
