We thought their Disney days were long behind them, but on Thursday night, Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, Beyoncé, and others gathered around their cameras to sing to families across the country for “The Disney Family Singalong.”

On Thursday night, Disney fans got the ultimate star treatment as part of ABC’s star-studded Disney Family Singalong.

The event, which was hosted by Ryan Seacrest, saw performers in their most minimal and scrappy landscapes yet as they used minimal equipment and “a whole lot of harmony” to get fans watching to “join in on the top of their lungs … even your dad.” To make things seamless, the lyrics which featured Disney’s most popular songs were displayed at the bottom of the screen.

For her part, Ariana Grande refused to say she was in love.

Belting the lyrics to the beloved Hercules tune “I Won’t Say I’m In Love” Ariana dressed the part of Meg in a purple outfit and ponytail and even took on the part of the five muses.

Perhaps the most emotional part of the night, however, was when Lovato sang “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes.”

Singing alongside Michael Bublé for the classic “Cinderella” film, Lovato dedicated her performance to first responders. Throughout the performance were messages thanking the first responders, medical staff and grocery store workers tending to the public during the time of this pandemic.

Topping off the night was emotional performances by Christina Aguilera and Beyoncé.

Singing “Can You Feel the Love Tonight?” from The Lion King, Aguilera’s performance was a reminder of how instrumental supporting each other is at this time. While Beyoncé joined in on the theme of Unity by singing a soulful rendition of “When You Wish Upon a Star.” At the end she reassured fans saying “we’ll get through this.”
