The sickening trailer for the badass film ‘Hustlers’ is finally here.

The trailer dropped Tuesday night at midnight and fans of strippers, fierce women, and especially Cardi B, we’re all totally here for it.

The film follows the story of a group of women who have formed their own extended family. They’re all strippers in the NYC area but then they decide to go bigger and start drugging and robbing ultra-wealthy Wall Street types.

The movie is actually inspired by a true story from a now-viral magazine story.

The article, titled “The Hustlers at Scores” by Jessica Pressler, chronicles the real-life, modern Robin Hood story of a ring of strippers who ripped off wealthy clients.

The film is centered on two badass women, Destiny (Constance Wu) and Ramona (Jennifer Lopez).

Destiny is struggling to make ends meet and is helping to take care of her abuelita so she turns to stripping. This is how she meets Ramona who takes her under her wing and teaches Destiny everything she knows.

I mean Jennifer Lopez, on a pole, showing Constance Wu the moves. I. Am. Here. For. This!

Together with their extended family, these women decide to rob from the rich to help care for their loved ones.

Based off true events, J.Lo’s, Constance Wu’s, Cardi B’s, and Lizzo’s characters step up their hustle to include drugging men and robbing them of thousands of dollars.

In one scene, J Lo’s character explains it away as simply taking money from bad Wall Street guys who stole money from everyone during the financial crisis.

Things start to get real cray cray real quick.

The women end up drugging many of their clients to complete their heists…so you can see how things could quickly take a turn for the unexpected.

The plotline is amazing but many fans are here to support this gorgeous, talented, diverse cast of incredible women!

The casting director for this movie 100% deserves some serious stanning.

In addition to Jennifer Lopez and Constance Wu in badass lead roles but fans will also see Cardi B, Keke Palmer, Lizzo, and Usher on the big screen. Like what did we do deserve this masterpiece?!

Some in the Bardi-gang took to Twitter to say they’re kinda disappointed by the trailer.

They wanted more Cardi.

But whoever is running the Hustlers’ Twitter account was quick to calm their nerves.

According to the ‘Hustlers’ Twitter feed, “Cardi B is this movie.” Apparently, they didn’t wanna give it all away so soon. So Cardi B fans better get ready for her big screen acting debut.

Overall, ‘Hustlers’ looks like it just may be one of the fiercest movies of 2019.

This Resurfaced Clip Of Jay Leno Saying Inappropriate Things To Jennifer Lopez In An Interview Is Cringeworthy

Tonight Show With Jay Leno / NBC

Back in 2017, famous director Oliver Stone of “U-Turn,” starring Jennifer Lopez, became one of the 263 celebrities, politicians, CEOs and accused of sexual misconduct. Around the same time that a model by the name of “Carrie Stevens accused him of groping her, we reported on a series of photos that had been captured back in 2012 at a red carpet event of the director inappropriately interacting with actress Salma Hayek.

It turns out, Lopez was calling out the director long before we were.

In 1998 the singer and actress conducted an infamous interview that launched quite a stir.

Having been featured in a string of successful movies (including the beloved “Selena”), Lopez was a star on the rise and thunder in her belly. She was feeling herself and in an interview with Movieline gave likely the most candid interview in entertainment pre-Quincy Jones’s interview that called out Michael Jackson for being a thief.

During the interview, Lopez talked about Stone’s initially poor treatment of her when she auditioned for a role with him.

“The minute I began reading this long, four-page scene,” she said in the interview, “he started walking around the room. Then he began rearranging the furniture. I’m like, ‘What is he doing? This is so rude.’ Well, he rearranged his entire office, and when I finished, the casting director said, ‘Oliver?’ and he turns and goes, ‘Oh–um, OK. So you’re a regular on that TV series? And I go, ‘Yeah.’ And I left. I told my manager, ‘I’ve never been treated like this and I never want to work for Oliver Stone.'”

When the interviewer asked Lopez what she learned about Oliver Stone’s sensitive side from being directed by him, Lopez apparently let out a “hoot.”

“That he’s a wild man,” she replied. “He doesn’t hide anything when it comes to sex in his life. He loves women, he has a lot of sex. He loves talking about how he sleeps with women. Like he’ll come onto the set going, ‘Aggghh, I was up fucking until four in the morning until I passed out.'”

It’s not the only time Lopez has had to deal with toxic-male behavior while working.

While taking part in an interview on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno in 2005, the talk show host held up a magazine of Blender that featured Lopez on its cover. The singer could be seen wearing a crocheted bodysuit that had cutouts on the sides.

“It looks like you’ve taken up crocheting,” he observed as he held the magazine for the camera and Lopez laughed awkwardly. “It’s a shame you didn’t get a chance to finish the outfit.” Though Lopez plays along with the joke it’s clear she’s uncomfortable with the direction of the interview, but he continues on. “Now you see, could you actually walk in something like that?” He asks her. ” It seems that the minute you move everything would get out of wack?”

“No actually it was pretty comfortable, ” Lopez replies with a straight face.

With Lopez’s discomfort clear in her tone, Leno moved on from the topic but dang. Someone jump into a time machine and give 2005 Jay Leno a lesson on the unwanted comments from men Latinas don’t need to hear.

Cardi B Spilled Knowledge And Acceptance In Support Of Dwyane Wade And Gabrielle Union’s Trans Child Zaya

Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union have been open and vocal about the support of their trans child Zaya. The discussion surrounding their child started in earnest when the parents posted photos with them during Miami Pride 2019. People have been weighing on the child’s gender identity and Cardi B recently shared her thoughts on the issue and fans are here for it.

Gabrielle Union and her husband Dwyane Wade are showing unconditional love and support for their trans child.

According to various studies, parental acceptance is an important factor in keeping LGBTQ+ youth safe and healthy. LGBTQ+ youth experience higher instances of mental, psychological, and physical trauma, including higher risks of HIV and AIDS infections. Parental acceptance and guidance can offset the known dangers for LGBTQ+ youth. Union and Wade’s support of Zaya is a crucial lesson for other parents with LGBTQ+ children.

The latest celebrity to weigh in on the conversation around Zaya is Cardi B.

The rapper, who has been accused of transphobic comments in the past, threw her full support behind Zaya and their parents. In 2018, Cardi B faced backlash after posting a transphobic meme to her Facebook account. Celebrity trans activists Laverne Cox and Angelica Ross weighed in on the meme calling Cardi B out for her use of the meme in light of the disproportionate murders facing Black trans women.

Yet, now it seems Cardi B is supporting the trans community with an Instagram video calling for support, acceptance, and love for Zaya.

“Let’s not forget that this is a kid. Let’s not forget that this kid could be very very sensitive. That’s 1,” Cardi B told fans in her Instagram video. “And, let me tell you something, right? I feel like people are saying that this kid is too young to transition but it’s like how old is too young? If you are born thinking that you are a girl in a boy’s body, how old do you have to be in order to keep knowing that that’s who you are? That’s who you are. That’s your identity. If that’s who you feel that you are, what is the age limit for you to know that that’s what you want to be?”

People on social media are cautiously celebrating Cardi B’s message.

Today’s cancel culture leaves a lot to be desired. It has become a common occurrence to see people canceled for having problematic views. Cardi B has been able to push forward with her career and has made history as a female rapper. She has long been criticized for her transphobic views and it now looks like Cardi B has changed her views.

“I seen a documentary before, not really a documentary but a long 18-minute video on YouTube way before this Zion situation about this 5-year-old little girl that at 5 years old she transitioned to be a girl,” Cardi B said in the video. “She knew that that’s what she wanted to be because she knew that. She liked to wear dresses. She likes to play with Barbies. And if you’re born like that, you’re forever going to be like that. Whether the age that you pick it to be, it’s your choice.”

For Cardi B, the most important thing is that people let people be happy and free, especially children.

“Let people find their happiness, especially kids. Let them feel comfortable doing what they want to be,” Cardi B says. “And it’s true. A lot of trans [people] that I know around me, like, when I ask them, ‘When did you know that you wanted to change?’ They say, ‘I’ve always felt like I was a girl. I always felt like I was a girl. I was born like this. People are born like this. Like the Lady Gaga song ‘I was born this way,’ like that sh-t is f-cking real.”

Her defense of Zaya and the Union-Wade family seems so genuine and real.

In another video clip circulating, Carid B is calling on people to try to be more open and understanding. Some people live in communities where they do not interact with people who are in the LGBTQ+ community or hold old thoughts towards the community. Cardi B wants those people to try to open their minds and understand that people living as their authentic self is nothing to attack.

Even some who do not like nor support Cardi B are siding with her on this one.

It’s hard not to support someone who is pushing for better acceptance of a marginalized community. This is something we can all get behind because love is love and love always wins.
