Zoe Saldana And Michael Peña Are Bringing My Little Pony To Life In Their New Movie

Bronies will probably be filling all the theaters when this movie is released.

It’s here. We finally have the official trailer for “My Little Pony: The Movie” and it looks like it is going to be pretty epic. Not only are these little ponies fighting some seriously wicked villains, Zoe Saldana and Michael Peña are lending their voices to this project. The trailer shows how the evil Tempest Shadow (voiced by Emily Blunt) tries to take over Equestria, Ponyville, and the Mane 6 set off on an epic journey to save their world. There are striking battle scenes, comedic moments, and some high-flying adventures as the ponies do everything they can to save their friends.

Zoe Saldana plays Captain Celaeno, who ends up helping the ponies fight back.

She is a badass pirate ready to show the little ponies how it’s done when you are fighting for your freedom.

On the other side of the fight, you have Michael Peña as Grubber.

The trailer makes it clear that Grubber is Tempest Shadow’s sidekick, but he seems to be coming through with all the comedic relief. It’s just one clumsy accident after another with this little dude.

Who will win? You’ll have to watch the movie to find out.
