Fans Lost Their Minds When Justin Bieber Sang In Spanish Live With Luis Fonsi
Last night in Puerto Rico, only a short time after dropping the remix to “Despacito” featuring Justin Bieber, Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi sent concert goers into a frenzy by showing up unannounced at the Bieb’s concert in San Juan. The duo proceeded to sing the song live for the first time.
The audience went bananas when Luis Fonsi took the stage at Justin Bieber’s concert to sing their smash hit “Despacito.”

The song had only been out for a day, but the audience knew every word of Bieber’s verse. You can hear the audience singing along and losing their minds.
Fonsi himself was excited AF to be on stage. It seems like he came out to watch the show and Bieber had a better idea.
“I went to watch the show and ended up on the stage myself” @LuisFonsi wrote on his Instagram account, re-gramming a video of him and the Biebs performing in Spanish to a frenzied crowd. Even when you’re internationally famous, you can still be a fan.

According to Billboard, the “Despacito” remix released on Youtube already had 37 million views in its first 24 hours, which is a lot, except when you consider how many views the original has.
The original “Despacito” ft. Daddy Yankee currently has almost a billion views on Youtube and has lived at the top of the charts for eleven weeks.

According to Billboard, “Despacito” has been No. 1 for eleven straight weeks on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart and currently holds the No. 49 spot on the Hot 100 chart. The video sits comfortably with 994 million views at the time of this publication.
As much as people lost it when they first heard the song, their brains melted last night at the live show.

You can almost hear the adolescent vocal chords being torn to shreds.
Hopefully Bieber returns the favor and shows up to Fonsi’s Miami performance for the Latin Grammys on April 27th.
These two made a lot of folks happy last night, hopefully they’ll do it again in a couple weeks.
