This New Trailer For ‘One Day At A Time’ Gives You A Sneak Peak Of What’s To Come In Season 2
“Experience the struggles, feel the emotions, celebrate the fun, joy, and love.”
After a rollercoaster of events in Season 1, Netflix series “One Day at a Time” is back with Season 2, premiering on Friday, January 26.
The last season concluded with Elena’s quinceañera, which unfortunately didn’t end on great terms. Elena decides to come out to her dad the night before her quince and he responds with a laugh. Even though Elena’s dad shows up to her quinceañera, he leaves the party right before their traditional father and daughter dance. Elena is left crying on the dance floor, but the rest of her family comes to the rescue and they dance with her until the end of the night.
In the sneak peek of Season 2, we find out that things get better for Elena, and she gets her very first girlfriend. Even though her mom, Penelope, faces issues with depression and anxiety, and her brother Alex deals with bullying, at the end of the day they have each other’s backs. It’s safe to say this new season will bring both tears of sadness and joy, and fans can’t wait.
Fans have taken to Twitter to express their feels.

Elena’s dad may not have accepted her for being gay in Season 1, but Season 2 is going to be all about embracing it. ❤️
There’s so much excitement that some people are already requesting January 26 off work so they can stay home and catch the premiere.
