The 2015 MTV VMAs had everyone buzzing. Nicki Minaj called Miley Cyrus out, Taylor Swift rolled deep with her super squad and Kanye announced a presidential bid for the year 2020. And of course, the outfits were eye-catching, but maybe not for the reasons the artists intended.

Trump-isms and Kanye-isms Sound Strangely Similar

First it was Trump that left people scratching their heads when he announced his candidacy. Now, after his MTV VMA declaration for the 2020 presidential bid, it’s Kanye West. Two seemingly different men, same White House dreams…but wait, are they thaaat different?  It’s hard to tell.  Kanye and Trump often end up sounding exactly the same.  Mitú played a little game of “Who Said It?” with young Latinos in Hollywood. See how it went in the video above.
