Kids Are Dressing Up As Historical Figures And It’s Thanks To This Latino
Hamilton fans have created a movement on social media called #Hamilween by dressing up as their favorite character from the 2015 Broadway musical. And we’re living for every ruffle and 18th century inspired wig.
This little one got her #hamilween style and sass from her mama.

You know what they say, the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.
Mom’s aren’t the only ones who play dress up.
Check out my friend & his daughter as Alexander & Eliza Hamilton. The influence of @Lin_Manuel has no bounds. #HamiltonHalloween #Hamilween pic.twitter.com/odnymNm3Ja

From Goodwill!
Others are creating them from hand-me-downs.
Mom made this costume 40 yrs ago for my brothers. Now my Hamilkid gets her shot w/ it. No goatee tho @HamiltonMusical #Hamilween #Hamilkids pic.twitter.com/cYLv0FDqM4

Can we use this costume next?
But kudos to those who went the extra mile. Even Lin-Manuel Miranda noticed!
It is VERY surreal to see lil kids drawing on a goatee I can't help but grow. #Hamilween

Mabel’s goatee, for instance, is on fleek!

No costume? No problem. Others are dressing up as Lin-Manuel Miranda himself.

Beard and everything.
It’s probably the easy DIY costume idea for 2016.
