La Rosa De Guadalupe episodes Were Supposed To Be The Best Years
Even though “La Rosa De Guadalupe” was just a television series, to your mom it was no joke. She was afraid of literally everything she saw on the show because she was convinced what she saw on every episode could also happen to you…
Your mom never let you stay at your friend’s house because she was afraid someone in that household might turn out to be a sex offender – as seen in a few episodes.
Which is why slumber parties were never allowed. Ugh.
You can also blame RDG for your love life – or the lack thereof. Your mom had to know every detail about your crush otherwise you had to forget about that escuincle.
If you were the only daughter in your family, you weren’t even allowed to look at anyone.
So every time you had a guy friend over, you two had to stay in plain sight, or your mom expected you to end up pregnant.
And all those hours your mom spent watching “La Rosa de Guadalupe” trying to learn how to protect you would’ve gone to waste.
You weren’t allowed to walk outside after dark because chances were you’d get kidnapped.
If your mom couldn’t take you, you couldn’t go.
As you got older, you weren’t allowed to go to parties because according to RDL and your mom, there was a 100% probability rate you’d get roofied.
And she’d tell you over and over to watch your drink and not to accept any drinks from strangers.
You weren’t allowed to be home alone because based on the episodes your mom saw, she assumed you’d throw a massive, crazy house party.
And it would end up like the picture above.
She would always tell you there was no such thing as a real friend because all friends either stabbed you in the back or pressured you into doing drugs.
There was no in between.
She didn’t want you to wear dresses because she thought the unimaginable would happen to you as seen in RDL.
The shorter the dress was, the more she prayed for you.
Pretty much your mom expected THE WORST out of everything…thanks to “La Rosa De Guadalupe.”
