#mituFIT: Post-Workout Smoothie

Protein Banana Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 cup of coconut water

2 ripe bananas

1 tbsp. of vanilla extract

1 tbsp. carob powder

2 pitted dates

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

¼ cup of coconut

½ cup of ice

Directions

1. Add all of the ingredients into your blender. It’s best to add liquid ingredients first, then follow with solids. This will ensure that ingredients are uniformly mixed.

2. Blend on high until desired consistency is reached. Add more coconut water if necessary.

3. Pour to a glass and enjoy this delicious protein smoothie.

Sirve 2

Ingredientes

1 taza de agua de coco

2 plátanos (maduros)

1 cucharada de vainilla

1 cucharada de polvo de algarroba

2 dátiles (sin semilla)

1 cucharada de semilla de cáñamo

¼ taza de coco partido

½ taza de hielo

Instrucciones

1. En una licuadora añade todos los ingredientes. Nota, siempre es mejor añadir los ingredientes líquidos al principio para evitar que los polvos e ingredientes solidos se peguen a la licuadora.

2. Licúa al nivel más alto o hasta obtener la consistencia que desees.

3. Sirve en un contenedor o en un vaso grande y disfruta de este delicioso licuado de proteína.
