Homemade Coconut Yogurt & Fruit Parfait


1 cup of coconut

½ cup of coconut water

1 pitted date

juice of half a lime

¼ cup of raspberries

¼ cup of quartered strawberries

¼ cup of blackberries

¼ blueberries

1 kiwi (sliced)


1. To make your homemade yogurt, blend coconut water, coconut, dates and lime juice until the mixture takes a thick consistency.

2. Place a small handful of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and kiwi slices at the bottom of a tall glass.

3. Add a layer of the homemade coconut yogurt.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the container is full.

Yogurt de Coco Hecho en Casa con Frutas


1 taza de coco

½ taza de agua de coco

1 dátil

jugo de medio limón

¼ de taza de frambuesas

¼ de taza de fresas (partidas en cubos)

¼ zarzamoras

1 kiwi (partido en rodajas)
