Energy Date Balls

Ingredients

15 pitted dates

15 almonds

¼ cup of carob powder

½ cup of shredded coconut or any dried, shredded fruit of your choice

Directions

1. Cut each date down the center and split open.

2. Dab the date in carob powder.

3. Add an almond in the center and squeeze or pinch date closed.

4. Roll each date in the palms of your hands to form a ball.

5. Roll the balls in shredded coconut.

Bolitas de Dátil

Ingredientes

15 dátiles (sin semilla)

15 almendras

¼ de taza polvo de algarrobo

½ taza de coco rallado o fruta seca rallada

Instrucciones

1. Corta cada dátil por la mitad usando tus manos o un cuchillo pequeño.

2. Colócalo sobre el polvo de algarrobo para que este se adhiera.

3. Coloca una almendra en el centro del y cierra el dátil.

4. Con tus manos moldéalo en forma de una bolita.

5. Por ultimo, rueda la bolita encima del coco rallado.
