The 21 Most Over The Top Latino Celebrity Mansions

Jennifer Lopez | Splash News/The Grosby Group

No haterade here.  There are some Latino performers who made it BIG in entertainment.  So big, in fact, that they bought themselves a nice pad (or pads) to celebrate.

1. Jennifer Lopez

JLo’s got serious game when it comes to real estate…  A penthouse in Manhattan and now a $40 million Bel Air estate, where she has said she wants her kids to grow up.  So nice to have a new neighbor.

2. Sofía Vergara

Sofia and husband Joe Manganiello were married in 2015 and moved into a stunning Los Angeles home.  Sofia’s personal taste is on display all over her Instagram account (@sofiavergara).

3. Selena Gomez

Selena dropped a paltry $2.25 million on this charming place in LA’s Studio City.  So, between producing hit TV shows, recording hit songs and hit songs and starring in hit movies, she can hit the hay.  In style.

4. Eva Longoria

Sleek, airy and stylish, this is where the former Desperate Housewives star curls up with a book on a Friday evening, pours a glass of wine and just chills.  At least, that’s our assumption.  The couches look darn comfy!

5. Enrique Iglesias

Enrique–sorry, Mr. Iglesias–seems like such a nice guy.  He and Anna Kournikova have been dating for over 16 years (!) and now she’s just had twins.  All the better then, that they have this giant home in Miami, complete with tennis court.

6. Bella Thorne

The former Disney star spent about $2 million of that mouse money on a “transitional” home in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles.  It’s got an open floor plan, a wine cellar, and the very cool pool pictured above.

7. Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato paid a bundle for this home in the Hollywood Hills, only to not be able to move in!  A mudslide from the hill above went all the way up to her door, and the city deemed it unsafe.  She’s moved in now, though.  And she’s probably digging those views.

8. George Lopez

Sitcoms, movie roles, and of course, standup…nothing succeeds like success!  And George Lopez.  The comedian moved into this classy property in the Los Feliz neighborhood of LA about three years.  He’s very happy with it, or we think he would be, anyway.

9. Zoe Saldana

The Guardian of the Galaxy and erstwhile Avatar star (more sequels are on the way, they say) dropped some serious coin on this Beverly Hills estate.  I mean, it’s nice and all, but with all these big movies to shoot, how’s she gonna find time to read all those books?

10. David Ortiz

The Red Sox slugger, originally from the Dominican Republic, headed down there to relax at his vacation home following his retirement in in 2016.  And you can rent it when he’s not there!  Cost ya $550 a night.

11. Salma Hayek

Perks of being a famous actor?  Being able to rent out your Hollywood Hills home for about $11k a month.  Famous actress Salma Hayek is married to billionaire businessman Francois-Henri Pinault.  Perks of marrying a billionaire?  Houses in London, like this one.

12. Ricky Martin

Once Ricky was livin’ la vida loca, now he’s just livin’.  And not livin’ so badly either, in this seven bedroom, eight and a half bath shack in Beverly Hills.

13. Shakira

A budding English-language pop star and international superstar in 2001, Shakira bought a modest Miami home turned it into the mansion you see above.  It’s now worth about four times what she bought it for.  Or, at least that’s what she tried to sell it for.

14. Mario Lopez

The former (and forever) Bayside Tiger has now hosted long-running Entertainment News show Extra for seven years.  Not bad at all, when you consider Screech is in jail.  He lives in a Hollywood Hills mansion and loves to, uh, entertain.

 15. Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera’s home in the Hollywood Hills (Sherman Oaks, to be exact) set her back around ten million, which comes with an awesome library.  At least one of those books has to have the correct spelling of “Dirty,” right?

16. Mariah Carey

Sometimes life is hard.  You move out of your giant estate when you break off you engagement to a billionaire and you have nowhere to go.  But then a hero comes along, with the strength to carry on.  And points the way to a $100K a month rental in Beverly Hills.  With its own bowling alley!

17. Jessica Alba

The entrepreneur and actress recently moved into this $10 million Beverly Hills home modeled after a Hamptons retreat.  Jessica really knows what she’s doing: her career is going well, her diaper-empire is rolling; even her husband’s name is Cash!

18. Gina Rodriguez

Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez was so excited to move into her new home that she got a crew together to film it!  No really.  And it looks really nice!

19. Gabriel Iglesias

Gabriel Iglesias has that regular guy appeal.  And like most regular guys, his favorite room is the, ahem, Throne Room.  This one is in a compound he owns near his Long Beach, California home.  It’s just a good place for a guy to be alone.  ‘

20. Andy García

The Cuban-American star of The Untouchables and Ocean’s 11 gets back to his roots at his Key Biscayne, FL home.  Born in Havana, the star now lives about 100 miles from the old country.
