Chicano Batman made their late night debut last night on “Conan” and the Los Angeles foursome brought the house down with their magical sounds. Wearing their signature ruffled shirts and suits, the Los Angeles natives played “Friendship (Is A Small Boat In A Storm)” from their third album “Freedom Is Free.”

Lead singer Bardo Martinez was hyped up during the performance, as were the rest of the band. They were clearly not nervous at all.

So did the guys have a good time? We’d say so.

Caballo Dorado And Billy Ray Cyrus Actually Teamed Up To Release A Spanglish Version Of ‘Achy Breaky Heart’

It’s been 25 years since “Achy Breaky Heart” was released and people are still feeling it.

Billy Ray Cyrus’ hit song “Achy Breaky Heart” is arguably one of the most known and popular songs from the ’90s. You’ll be pretty hard pressed to find someone who hasn’t heard Cyrus’ biggest hit — and that includes Spanish speakers. That’s because in 1994, the Mexican group Caballo Dorado covered Cyrus’ song and made a Spanish-language version called “No Rompas Más Mi Pobre Corazón.” It quickly became a favorite at weddings, quinceañeras, bautizos and other parties.

It took 25 years but we finally have an “Achy Breaky Heart” Spanglish duet with Cyrus and Caballo Dorado. The song begins with Cyrus giving the listener the country twang they have come to expect. By the second verse, Caballo Dorado joins in and the song is instantly a hip-shaking remake. At one point, Cyrus himself starts singing in Spanish and it is everything. Seriously. Everything. This is just one of the many remakes being done to this classic song to honor its 25 years in the world.

Cyrus, who released a Muscle Shoals remake, told Rolling Stone we should expect an EDM remix soon. Let’s not forget that “Achy Breaky Heart” did get a fun remake back in 2014 with Buck 22 who turned the country song into a twerk-worthy rap/hip-hop hit. It currently has more than 9 million hits on YouTube.
