Original Aunt Viv Throws Shade At Alfonso Ribeiro’s Fresh Prince Of Bel Air Instagram Post

Now this is a story all about how, Alfonso flipped frowns upside down and I’d like to take a minute, just sit right there, I’ll show you how they Instagrammed cast of “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.”

[Hit the beat!]

In West Philadelphia, born and rai– nah, I can’t keep the rhymes going that long.

This week the cast of your favorite 90’s sitcom, “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” reunited and posted a group pic to Instagram via Alfonso Ribeiro’s account.

Always amazing to spend an afternoon with my Fresh Prince family. Wishing that James Avery was still with us to make this complete.

They all look great! ?

They’ve got just about the whole crew together. Except, of course, for the incomparable James Avery, who played the beloved Uncle Phil on the show.

First things first: Rest in peace Uncle Phil, for real.” ?

The Fresh Prince himself, Will Smith got in on the social media action, sharing a group selfie with the world and chiming in on missing James Avery.

Will, Ashley, Carlton, Hillary, Aunt Viv II and Jeffrey. Hm. Anyone missing? ?

It looked just like a real family reunion, and you know what happens at family reunions.

Obviously when a Latino is present, it’s a party. We dance. We eat. We dish on all the best bochinche. ?

What you may not know is that Alfonso Rebiero, the main dancer of the bunch is actually of Trinidadian descent, and is not, as many assume, Dominican.

With those moves and a name like Alfonso, we all assumed he was un tiguere Cibaeño. ???

Tatyana Ali is the actual Latina of the clique. Her mom is Panamanian and Ali identifies as Afro-Latina.

Ashley’s all grown up! ? ??

But back to the point… Not everyone was all smiles about the reunion, though. In a Facebook post, Janet Hubert, the original Aunt Viv, had some choice words.

“I know the media hoe Alphonso Ribero has posted his so called reunion photo. Folks keep telling me about it. He was always the ass wipe for Will. There will never be a true reunion of the Fresh Prince. I have no interest in seeing any of these people on that kind of level.”

Apparently, the 20+ year feud she’s had with ex co-stars Smith and Ribeiro has yet to cool off. ?

I mean…

She’s been clapping back since leotard days. ?

With all this bad blood, it seems like an actual Fresh Prince TV reunion may never happen.

What a shame.

With “Better Call Saul” season three right around the corner, dropping April 10th on AMC, the show is doing some pretty serious marketing for the show. The show surprised us all with news that the bone-chilling character Gustavo Fring was returning this season via a trailer that was a commercial for the fictional restaurant “Pollos Hermanos.” Now they’ve gone a step further, erecting pop-up shop slash restaurants in Downtown Los Angeles and in New York City.

The “Pollos Hermanos” restaurant from “Breaking Bad” has a pop-up shop currently in LA and is coming soon to NYC. It’s outfitted to look exactly like the fictional franchise.

They’re even going so far as to serve actual food. Unfortunately, based on reporting via LAist, there won’t be any chicken, just curly fries and dipping sauces. And hopefully some cool “Better Call Saul” swag and some amazing Instagram photo opportunities.

You definitely want to hurry as the lines are already getting crazy. Like, really crazy.

You think this is sped up, but it’s not. If the lines are any indicator of the show’s fan base, this season is going to be huge.

Several months ago AMC teased the return of Gustavo Fring, who fans know is a bad man in the “Breaking Bad” and “Better Call Saul” world, with this fake commercial viral video.

“Taste The Family” definitely gives off some Sweeney Todd vibes.

Hopefully Gus and Saul show up the way they did at a similar pop-up shop at SXSW this year in Austin, TX.

Fans of the show know when these two are together bad things happen. “Breaking Bad” things. Rim-shot!

They’ve spared no expense, hiring a team of servers and even a performer to rock the hell out of a chicken costume.

They’re promoting the event on Facebook as well.

If this poor guy only knew how dangerous working for Gus Fring was, he’d be out of there. Run man! Save yourself!

The restaurant slash pop-up shop is coming to a city near you.
