This Is Cardi B’s One Relationship Deal Breaker And The Reason Why Makes So Much Sense

“I’ve always been a class clown.”

Naomi Smalls first made her name as a season 8 contestant on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and she is known for her legs and her model good looks. Legit, it is one of the biggest things going for her. Well, now she can add interviewing Cardi B to her ever-growing résumé of accomplishments. The queen sat down with the other queen and gave an incredible interview about Cardi B’s life before music and what we can kind of expect from her in the future.

One of the first things we learned from this interview is that Cardi B won “Most Dramatic” at her high school. This then led to a mini rant about how women tear other women down when they hang out with men. She was real quick to let everyone know that there is nothing wrong with the fact that she is one of the boys and that if you have a problem with it then you need to get over yourself.

Then we get into relationship stuff.

Smalls: “One deal breaker in a relationship?”

Cardi B: “When a guy f*cks around with his ex.”

Cardi B explains, in an expletive filled rant about the fact that being with a new woman is different than being back with an ex. Not that one is a lesser relationship sin but by going back to the ex, you prove you haven’t really moved on and that is something that will eventually end a relationship.

And, of course, they talked about her relationship with Offset.

Smalls: “Tell me about Offset. How’s that going?”

Cardi B: “Everything is going good. One day I was really upset with him and he just got me 300 roses. I really wanted to act up and be like, ‘Whatever. I’m still not going to call him.’ But I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ [insert super in love face here].”

Quarantine just got a little easier.

In a recent post to their Instagram pages, rappers Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion confirmed that they are dropping a new collaboration that we didn’t see coming.

And it’s one that we all could most certainly use right now.

In a post to her Instagram page, Cardi B announced that she’s collaborating with Megan Thee Stallion on a new song called “WAP.”

The new song is the first lead track from Cardi since she dropped “Press” in 2019. Earlier this year in March, Megan dropped her album “Suga.”

“WAP” drops this Friday and by the looks of the song’s cover art, it’s gonna be quite the hit. Or at least be very taste? Megan and Cardi can be seen posing for the cover art wearing matching “WAP” gold hoops and with their hair woven in together into one bun. To top it off, their tongues are sticking out like they’re ready to rock.

The latest pairing is a follow up to Megan’s recent power couple collab for “Savage” with Beyoncé. It also her newest song since her recent recovery from a gunshot wound.

Earlier last month, Megan revealed that she was shot in both of her feet.

Speaking about the shooting, which happened on July 12, Megan said “I see… a lot of people that have been very supportive and sending prayers, and I just really appreciate that” she said during the live stream. “I saw the hotties doing a lot of things, like writing letters on Tumblr and DMing me all the time, and I just want to say thank y’all so much, because y’all have really been the ones helping me get through this.”

“I was shot in both of my feet,” she explained. “I had to get surgery to get the bullets taken out. And it was super scary… Thank God that the bullets didn’t touch bones; they didn’t break tendons. I know my momma or my daddy, my granny, had to be looking out for me with that one because where the bullets hit at it missed everything.”

Of course, Cardi B and Megan fans were quick to flip.

Literally we’re all pumped.

Girl groups are uniting.

And we’re all ready for it to reach #1.

And we all have questions about what WAP is supposed to mean?

It’s all a mystery but we’re here for the guesses.

“WAP” drops this week on August 7, this Friday.

Premios Juventud 2020 is not going virtual, like most other major events. Instead, the awards show is going to be held in-person but with a virtual audience. Here’s who you can expect to take the stage this year.

The Premios Juventud 2020 is going on as planned, just with a virtual audience.

The awards show is celebrating its 20th year this year and the show is going on. The show is being aired from Miami, one of the worst-hit areas in the country for Covid-19, but the show promises to follow all safety standards based on local health guidelines. Here are some of the people you can expect to perform.

Natanael Cana

Cana will be giving corridos tumbados some massive exposure at the awards show. The genre of music is an exciting mix of corridos with trap and urban influences. The sound is something else and fans are excited to see the genre given some love on the stage.

CNCO

The boy band CNCO has become a beloved addition to Latin music. The group was formed after the first season of “La Banda,” a music competition show looking for the hottest new sound. Safe to say that the show’s judges did a good job putting this group together.

Rafa Pabön

Pabön is a major voice of Conciencia Collective and Black Lives Matter. The musician released a song called “Sine Aire” after the George Floyd protests that brought Black Lives Matter to the forefront of American culture. Conciencia Collective hosts weekly talks with We Are Mitú promoting advocacy in the music industry.

And, of course, host Sebastián Yatra.

Yatra will be joined on stage with Danna Paola to perform their duet “No Bailes Sola.” The awards show will definitely be a nice escape from our collective Covid reality. There might not be any fans at the show but the performers are all ready to give a great show to the virtual audience.
