VIDEO: Latina Mom Makes Family Dog Pick Up Its Own Poop And It Is Peak Latina Mom

Latina moms aren’t about animal life. They’ve told you a million times, why would they want an animal in the house who will undoubtedly destroy the yard, poop all over the place, and ultimately end up having to clean up after them? Because as much as you declare that you will clean up after the pet, you never actually get around to doing it. It makes no sense for an animal to take up space, be a burden on the household, and cost extra money that you don’t have. Yes, we know, no pets in the house. We also know that moms have a sweet spot for the vulnerable. So let’s just say you bring a dog or cat home, there’s no way in hell your mom will throw it out on the street (we hope not anyway). They will, however, demand, the house remains clean at all times no matter what. Case in point.

This little doggy named Maxie accidentally left his poop on the couch and mama was not too pleased.

Her daughter Raquel caught the whole thing on her cell and her mom is going off on their dog Maxie. “Para que no lo vuela hacer,” she said as she’s making the dog pick up paper towels with both paws and carefully pick up the poop without ever once getting it on her own hands. So brilliant, and yet how did she manage to do that? We’re so impressed.

You can hear Raquel laughing the entire time, and the mom proclaims that Maxie the dog can’t even bear to look at his own poop.

Poor Maxie looks ashamed as he’s being dragged to the bathroom. Yes, she took the dog to the bathroom so he could flush it down the toilet. “Cochino” she tells Maxie. “And don’t do that again!”

This wasn’t the first time Maxie got in trouble for making a mess. A while ago he got reprimanded for tearing up tissue and leaving it all over the place.

“I’ve had enough with you,” she tells Maxie, and once again makes him grab his own mess, with her help of course. Maxie again looks guilty as charged and won’t look at the trash but understands what he did wrong.

People on social media could relate to poor Maxie because their moms forced their dog to clean up their mess too! We had no idea this was a thing.

Now that we’ve seen at least two dogs forced to pick up after themselves, it doesn’t look too hard.

This dog had it rough though.

“You don’t do that!” mom tells the dog. We think he learned his lesson, however, that whole house looks sort of messy, so who’s really to blame?

By the way, cats can pick up stuff too.

So to all the moms that pretend to hate pets, we know the truth. You’re a softy!

That goes for dads too!

For any kid (or adult) still living at home, if your parent says they don’t want a pet in the house, just bring it on by. They’ll be part of the family in no time.

We do have some sad news to report. The video that Raquel posted of her dog Maxie was kind of old, and she informed her followers that Maxie died late last this year.

The video is an old video fo the little pup. While Maxie is no longer with us physically, he has made a mark on everyone who has seen the video and we have to thank him for that.

People on social media weren’t too thrilled to hear this kind of sad update.

We were surprised about this stunning news as well.

Looks like people got attached to Maxie pretty quickly.

Poor little guy. Do you think the trauma of having to pick up his own poop is what made pass away?? That would be horrible and probably not something you could prove anyway. Plus, we doubt Raquel’s mom would want to know that he suffered from PTSD from mortification of having to pick up his own poop.

We’re pretty sad about this too.

Oh, Maxie!!

We’ll always have these sweet memories of you having to face the humiliation of having to pick up your own poop and throw it in the toilet.

Never forget.

This Video Of A Sweet Little Pit Pull Getting Lectured For Stealing A Tamal Is The Cutest Thing You Will See All Day

Cooking for the holidays in most households in the United States often involve classic American dishes like ham, apple pies, stuffing and turkey. For those of us who are truly lucky, a classic staple of Latin American cuisine, tamales are the iconic piece at the dinner table for the holiday season. Sure, green bean casseroles and canned cranberry sauces might sound great, but when the Thanksgiving season nears, you can find most Latino households in the U.S. gearing up for “tamale season.” The delectable season sees  the best of our families’ cooking and envelopes made of masa stacked high on the dining table.

It’s the best time of the season and  pup named Rocky is going viral on Twitter after knowing what’s up.

In a short video posted to Twitter a dog named Rocky is getting everyone pumped for the comics of the season.

In a short clip posted by Twitter user @arisbae__, Rocky is being scolded by her mother for having stolen a tamale. It’s brief clip, but Rocky can be seen with something in her mouth. Her furious mother demands her to “Sit, sit, sit,” in Spanish before saying. “Why are you eating tamales? Why are you eating those tamales? They’re not for you. Your stomach is going to hurt.”

When the dog finally hands the tamal open, with shame in her eyes, Rocky’s mother realizes she has actually eaten the entire thing.

“Give me the tamale. Give me the tamal. Let it go, it’s only the leaf where did the inside go? Look. Where did the tamale go? You ate it? How many did you eat?
Sans husk. Which TBH this dog should get a treat for because that is actually how you do it.

Users were quick to point out how impressive it was that Rocky managed to get the inside of the tamal. “I mean I’m really just impressed that the husk is intact. Rocky unfolded that thing before eating the tamale.” one user who goes by the handle @GothybookLover wrote.

And another applauded Rocky for doing Tamales the right way.

“Rocky has a better understanding of how tamales work than a lot of gringos I know… I’ve seen more than a few people try to eat those husks,” another user who goes by the Twitter handle  @DMUndergo replied.

It might seem strange to Tamal aficionados that many are impressed by Rocky’s good work on the food, but the truth is that many people who are unfamiliar with the great food don’t know how to properly eat it.

Ever tried to eat a tamal still wrapped up in its hoja de maíz? Nope, neither have we. However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t countless people out there who’ve tried to devour that luscious tasty tamal in all its masa glory – husk and all. One Twitter user took to social media to spread the story of how some people just aren’t ready to eat tamales yet.

This is the tweet that has every Latino talking about tamal etiquette.

@ChavezTheRapper / Twitter

Twitter is abuzz after the discovery that not one, but several people didn’t realize that you aren’t supposed to eat the husk wrapper of the tamal. In fact, many thought tamales “tasted like s***” before realizing the key to a good tamal is you gotta unwrap it first. Thankfully one Twitter user is here to make sure that everyone remembers to unwrap their tamales before digging in.

Responding to the OP, one Twitter user said she “always thought tamales tasted like shit…I didn’t know you were supposed to unroll them.”

The thread of people confused about unwrapping their tamales is truly mesmerizing.

@ChavezTheRapper / Twitter

Another naïve, wannabe foodie admitted her ignorance about tamales.

“Me neither…and not one person corrected me when I ate the husk at the Mexican restaurant I was at with my ex’s family,” she wrote. “They were all white, so maybe they didn’t know, either.”

Since blowing up the internet with this tamal bombshell, even more, people have joined the growing chorus of clueless tamale eaters. This is a good thing, though. By admitting they have a problem, we can fix it and make their lives a little bit easier.

People eating the tamales wrong led some to think they were disgusting, which is just unfair to the tamales.

Credit: @ChavezTheRapper / Twitter

Tamales are not disgusting. They are one of the most delicious foods ever created. The maiz holds some of the most delicate and satisfying meats and veggies cooked in spices and sauces that make your knees weak.

To completely discredit an amazing dish because you couldn’t do it right is just wrong. Now there is no excuse for you to ever eat this wrong again. You are very welcome.

#OKBoomer Is The Hashtag Millennials Are Using To Let Baby Boomers Know Their Opinions Aren’t Wanted

god_damn_sam / Instagram

This country — already divided between liberals and conservatives — is now enduring another division, but this time it’s a generational thing. Young people, who typically get the brunt of being a scapegoat, are calling foul against older people who never get tired of life-splaining. This type of separation is nothing new, the only difference with generational venting is that we now have the internet to help us shout it out from the rooftops. Thanks to memes, TikTok, and hashtags, each message whether valid or not gets punctured into the cultural-sphere and lives there for a week or so and then hibernates until the next internet phenomenon. This week the Boomers are to blame for our societies woes — sort of.

Before we explain the #OKBoomer hashtag, here’s a breakdown of generational age groups, so you can keep track of the players:

Credit: juicydumpstur / Instagram

Here’s where each age group stands.

  • The Greatest Generation (or GI Generation): Born in 1924 or earlier.
  • The Silent Generation: Born 1925-1945.
  • Baby Boomers: Born 1946-1964.
  • Generation X: Born 1965-1976.
  • Xennials: Born 1977-1984.
  • Millennials: Born 1985-1996.
  • Generation Z: Born 1997-current.

Now back to the drama.

Generation Z has been using the term “Ok Boomer” for a couple of months. Now, the rest of the world has finally caught on thanks to some trendy new merch and Twitter dialogue.

Credit: thesnobette / Instagram

After discussing the “Ok Boomer” phrase with a Gen Z person in my household, they told me that it’s basically a term that young people are saying in response to old people who think they know better. “It’s like us saying ‘whatever.'”  They added, “we are just making fun of them and everybody.” The sentiment goes a lot deeper than that.

“The older generations grew up with a certain mindset, and we have a different perspective,” 19-year-old Shannon O’Connor told the New York Times. O’Conner created a very stylish hoodie with the “Ok Boomer” phrase on it, and she sold more than 10,000 sweatshirts. “A lot of them don’t believe in climate change or don’t believe people can get jobs with dyed hair, and a lot of them are stubborn in that view. Teenagers just respond, ‘Ok, boomer.’ It’s like, we’ll prove you wrong, we’re still going to be successful because the world is changing.”

Now some (white) Boomers are getting their panties in a bunch and saying #OkBoomer is like using the N-word. Um… don’t think so, buddy.

Credit: @Oskaer__13 / Twitter

Yes, “Bob Lonsberry,” a Christian, father, and veteran actually compared “OKBoomer” to the N-word. He just proves some older people need to take a seat and shut up.

Some have wondered if older Latino people would ever be okay if their kid was flippant enough to dismiss them with that term.

Latinos on social media said they would never disrespect their elders by saying “OKBoomer” to them. While others shared, Latino Boomers aren’t to blame for today’s societal issues.

We’re not sure how long “OKBoomer” will last, but just for posterity purposes, here are some of the best #OKBoomer tweets, memes, videos, and songs — there’s a lot out there.

Where’s the lie?

This little diddy goes to those 65 and older.

It’s pretty catchy and you can dance to it.

Let’s keep one thing straight: a hashtag isn’t nearly as bad as oppression.

Why do Boomers have such thin skin?

Gen Z’ers are bringing up serious issues.

This “OKBoomer” trend might seem silly to some, but when you break it down, these young people will be confronted with a new way of life that will be nothing like anyone has ever experienced, including Boomers.

A fight to the death! Or at least a fight on social media.

Mr. Trump, now that is what you call a good thread.

If you’re wondering when and how you can use the “OK Boomer” term and tell off your least favorite old person to be quiet, here’s a near-perfect example

The video above features a white older male telling all of Generation Z that their idea of a utopian world is not possible because it’s not sustainable. Yadda Yadda Yadda, “ok boomer.”
