These Latino Celebrities Fully Embody The Cancer Zodiac, And Here’s How
The first thing that comes to mind when you find out your new boo is a Cancer is, “oh sh*t they going to be tenacious.” Cancer’s are a water sign, which makes them intuitive and personable. They’re often artists or have some home-based hobbies–basically they’re either one of these famous Latinos or their tamales are an art form.
Cancers, meet your fellow creative-types.

I mean, basically since she was a little Disney baby, Selena has oozed talent and stardom. Maybe it’s because of how the stars aligned or that her parents named her after the Selena Quintanilla. Who can say?
2. Gisele Bündchen
Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen has been credited with ending the era of “heroin chic” modeling and brought her Brazilian curves back to the modeling industry. The Cancer in her also brought the signature “horse walk”, when the model picks her knees up high and kicks her feet out in front. Uhh.. thanks!
3. Lionel Messi
Nobody doesn’t know Messi. He’s captain of the Argentina national team. He was born with a growth hormone deficiency and moved to Spain to join Barcelona when he was 13 after they agreed to pay for his medical treatment.
4. Camila Mendes

She’s also vegan.

Cheech was born in Los Angeles to Mexican American parents. Apparently, he got his name when he was a couple days old and his uncle said, “Ay, parece un chicharrón.”

Talk about a water sign–Frida is the wateriest of this bunch. She introduced new perspectives in her art, was gender fluid (she actually wore suits in many of her family photos), and was openly bisexual.
10. John Leguizamo
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Leguizamo’s family eventually moved to Jackson Heights, New York, where he got his in in the stand up comedy world. Leguizamo has been committed to making it and has been in over 75 films.

12. Romeo Santos
Born at the very end of the cusp of Cancers and Leos, Romeo Santos is best known for bachata band, Aventura, originally called “Los Tinellers,” making fun of Dominican’s pronunciation of The Teenagers. Guess you can be a singer and a comedian, too.
13. Michelle Rodriguez
Fun fact: Did you know MRod was expelled from five high schools? She eventually got her GED, and attended business school for a short bit before being a Cancer got the best of her. Ruled by the moon and intuition, she dropped out to pursue a career in acting. Get it girl.
14. Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias
Comedian Gabriel Iglesias is the one who brought us the, “I’m not Fat, I’m Fluffy” line. In his pursuit of his career, he’s been evicted from his home and even lost his car.

Fun fact: Memo chose shirt number 13 because his birthday is July 13. #CancerPride
